Believe

The only thing I know how to do is believe.
When my road gets thick,
And the forest gets dark and the sun sets on me.
The only thing I know to do is believe
Believe that it will get better
Believe that the sun will shine again
Believe I can dream and it will come to pass
I raise up my faith and fuel it with an unfeigned hope
Knowing that hope will not make me ashamed
And when I believe I can smile and laugh
In the midst of no where I can rejoice
With a body that is full of fatigue
And unbalanced ground levels if I can believe
The impossible will be possible
And I can as well take out the word impossible
out of my mouth
Because I believe; I can mount up higher
I can soar with eagles and fly high in the sky
Because I believe, I can move mountains with faith
Ye I believe, that's the only thing I know I can do
And no one can take it away from me
Yes I believe; I believe, I believe!

Thanksgiving

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5v18 (King James Version) If the heart is thankful, giving thanks is not hard but if there are seeds of ungratefulness it will be hard for you to give thanks. You may say what is there in my life that I can thank him for, let me say just a few, the fact that you woke up this morning and you still have your breathe that alone is a miracle to thank him for; life is a great gift you can never be able to repay. Thank him that you are in your right mind, in good health, with a place to lay your head etc. You are blessed and if you are thankful you will not be discouraged. Thankful people are always filled with goodness and loaded with benefits. It is a Thanksgiving day, think of all he did for you this year … if you make a list or get out your journal, you will be amazed at his goodness. Your year might have been filled with thorns but I know that even roses do have thorns but when you ge...

I am the face of a winner.

Smile!

O what an Ah-ha! moment to remember it doesn’t cost me anything to smile. Sadness melted away when I smiled and the sunshine beamed on my soul and my spirit was lifted up and I began to soar higher and higher. Elevated now I can see how much attitude is keeping me on this platform with a bird’s eye view the mountains that were humongous in the valley are tiny rocks, the river that was flooding on me have become like a creeping creek. There is a gold mine of strength in a happy countenance, grace, peace and life. A merry heart is the medicine for all times. This is what I have said, but hear what the wisest man that ever lived has to say in proverbs. Proverbs 15:13 A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. Proverbs 18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? At all cost I will have a merry heart, a...
