Faithful

Did you know that God is faithful even in the small things that we take for granted; He is faithful. There is no day that we woke up and discover that God had forgotten to light the world, there are days you forgot to pray or you just did not know how to pray but he still came to your rescue when you gave him a desperate call. Can you see that he is faithful. Whether you have done anything on your part or you haven’t he remains faithful. How beautiful it will be if we all could be faithful, I believe that if we are truly faithful then the king will pull out his records of your faithfulness and ask like the king in the book of Esther, who had to find out if anything good was done to the man Mordecai who had been faithful to serve his life. I like the fact that the books of records were opened and this man was found worth to be honored and his situation was turned around.
Can you take a minute to think on how God has been faithful to you and then toss the coin and think of how you have been faithful to him? My dear friends...think about it….Selah. If you have been faithful then I want to assure you that God does not forget your labor of love as sure as Job had his day of blessings you will have your own. Your faithfulness and his combined ignite him; who is already a consuming fire, to work it out for you. He will turn every rock that needs to be turned just to show you he will not fail the faithful.

I am the face of a winner.

Thanksgiving

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5v18 (King James Version) If the heart is thankful, giving thanks is not hard but if there are seeds of ungratefulness it will be hard for you to give thanks. You may say what is there in my life that I can thank him for, let me say just a few, the fact that you woke up this morning and you still have your breathe that alone is a miracle to thank him for; life is a great gift you can never be able to repay. Thank him that you are in your right mind, in good health, with a place to lay your head etc. You are blessed and if you are thankful you will not be discouraged. Thankful people are always filled with goodness and loaded with benefits. It is a Thanksgiving day, think of all he did for you this year … if you make a list or get out your journal, you will be amazed at his goodness. Your year might have been filled with thorns but I know that even roses do have thorns but when you ge...

Smile!

O what an Ah-ha! moment to remember it doesn’t cost me anything to smile. Sadness melted away when I smiled and the sunshine beamed on my soul and my spirit was lifted up and I began to soar higher and higher. Elevated now I can see how much attitude is keeping me on this platform with a bird’s eye view the mountains that were humongous in the valley are tiny rocks, the river that was flooding on me have become like a creeping creek. There is a gold mine of strength in a happy countenance, grace, peace and life. A merry heart is the medicine for all times. This is what I have said, but hear what the wisest man that ever lived has to say in proverbs. Proverbs 15:13 A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. Proverbs 18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? At all cost I will have a merry heart, a...
